This document describes two stages of Minimal Compliance that our union members voting overwhelmingly to adopt at the start of June. As a result, Stage 1 of Minimal Compliance began on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, and if no successor collective bargaining agreement is ready for FAC members to consider for ratification, Stage 2 will begin on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025.
